As Kimley-Horn’s electrical engineering practice grew, the team needed educational materials for both prospective clients and new hires. The goal: prepare these individuals while upholding brand standards and sophistication.

To support this new growth, I redesigned the brand presentation and created an interactive PDF to easily pinpoint when and where electrical engineers would be needed on various projects. As well, I redesigned the new hire materials to welcome team members, recognize their value, and create excitement. Creating a new and distinct look and feel for this audience was especially important, so I also provided design elements and a new color palette to help bring this key focus to life in a tangible way.
