In 2007 I joined the United States Navy as a Mass Communications Specialist. In 2008 I was assigned to the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Photography was a large part of my role onboard covering daily life on the ship, special events, and intelligence gathering. Many photos I took were sent out for release to the public and featured on the “Navy.mil”
