Volta EV CHARGING

Brand: Kimley-Horn

Industry: AEC (Architecture Engineering Construction)

Medium: Print/Digital

Volta, an EV charging company, approached Kimley-Horn with an aggressive expansion strategy into multiple new markets for their business including over 785 sites. A major focus for this project was South Florida, which added unique complexities due to the density of small municipalities and multiple counties across the area.

To prove that Kimley-Horn could take on the challenge, I developed a streamlined proposal showcasing our team’s relevant project experience, internal organization, project schedule, and fees. On top of this, I created scorecards for markets providing permitting requirements. Not only did this simplify a difficult and arduous process, it helped show the ways Kimley-Horn could create seamless experiences for their team and predict complexities ahead of time.

Challenge:

Transform an overwhelming process into simple preparation

Solution:
