Successful expansion requires strong communication, transparency and excitement. So when Kimley-Horn’s telecommunications practice saw rapid growth, I helped the team brace for impact and support ongoing opportunities.
First, I created a visual identity for the telecom services brochure — establishing a positive first impression and making robust information easier to digest. I also helped keep the regional telecom group connected and excited during this major shift with the design of a weekly newsletter, featuring team member spotlights, relevant insights and other pertinent information.
